When will my Amara Home arrive?

Amara Home usually arrives 3 to 4 days after it ships.

Where's my package?

As soon as Amara Home ships, you'll get a shipping confirmation by email with the tracking number. You can use it to track your package. If you can't find it, message us with your order number, and we'll check for you.

Deliver straight to your parents or grandparents

You can enter a delivery address that's different from your own, for example your parents' or grandparents' address.

Nobody home?

DHL then usually leaves the package with a neighbor or takes it to a DHL branch or a Packstation (parcel locker). The delivery notice tells you where.

Changing the address
