When will my Amara Home arrive?

Amara Home usually arrives 3 to 4 days after it's shipped.

Where's my parcel?

As soon as Amara Home has been shipped, you'll get a shipping confirmation by email with the tracking number. You can use it to track your parcel. If you can't find it, message us with your order number and we'll check for you.

Delivering straight to your parents or grandparents

You can give a delivery address that's different from your own, for example your parents' or grandparents' address.

Nobody at home?

DHL then usually leaves the parcel with a neighbour or takes it to a branch or a Packstation. The delivery card will say which.

Changing the address

Message us in the chat in the Amara Family App, as long as the parcel hasn't been shipped yet.
