Where can I find my invoices?

You'll find your invoices and all your payments in the billing portal at amara.app/billing-portal. You can view and download them there.

How to get into the billing portal

1. Open amara.app/billing-portal.
2. Enter the email address you ordered with.
3. You'll get an email with a login link. Tap it, and you're logged in.

Do you have more than one order under the same email address? The billing portal only shows the most recent one. We'll take care of the others directly. Just message us.

Changing the billing address or name

In the billing portal, you can change the billing address and the name on the invoice. This applies to all future invoices.

An invoice you've already received doesn't change. If it needs to be corrected, message us.

Good to know

You don't change your delivery address in the billing portal, because changes made there don't reach shipping. Message us for that.
