How do I cancel my Amara subscription on Android?

Your subscription is managed by Google, so you cancel it in the Google Play Store — not in the Amara app itself.

How to do it

1. Open the Google Play Store on your phone or tablet.
2. Tap your profile picture in the top right.
3. Tap Payments & subscriptions.
4. Tap Subscriptions.
5. Choose Amara from the list.
6. Tap Cancel subscription.

Then follow the steps on screen.

Good to know

• You can keep using Amara until the end of the period you've paid for — even after you cancel. Nothing is deleted, and nothing stops straight away.
• Uninstalling the app on its own won't cancel the subscription. You'll need the steps above.
• The labels may look a little different depending on your version of the Play Store.
• The subscription is billed and managed by Google, not by Amara directly.
