I can't sign in
I can't sign in
Most of the time this is a shaky internet connection or a small slip during sign-in — both easily sorted. If it still won't work, go through these in order.
- Check your internet connection. Signing in needs the internet. If you're not sure it's working, there's a short guide in "Internet or connection problems".
- Make sure you're signing in the same way you set Amara up. If you used your Apple or Google account to start, use the same one again — not a different email or account.
- Close Amara and open it again, then try once more.
- Wait a few minutes and try again. Now and then it's a brief hiccup at our end, not anything you've done.
Good to know
A sign-in that doesn't work won't delete anything or affect your subscription. If it keeps happening, message us here in the chat and we'll get you back in.
