How do I start talking to Amara?

You talk to Amara with your voice — just like talking to a person. Or you can type, if you'd rather.

1. Open Amara by tapping its icon.
2. Tap the green Talk button on the screen, then speak.
3. Just say "hello" — or tell Mia or Max whatever's on your mind.

What to say first

• "Hello, how are you?"
• "Tell me something interesting."
• "Tell me a recipe."
• "What's the weather like today?"
• "I'd like a bit of company."
• "Let's play a game."

Mia or Max will answer, and the chat gets going on its own.

Good to know

There's no right or wrong way. Talk for as long or as little as you like, in your own time. And if you pause, that's fine — Mia and Max will wait.
