# How do I watch TV in Amara?

Amara can play TV for you — programmes to watch when you like, in your own time.

## How to start

1. In the menu, tap **TV & Shows**.
2. Choose a channel:
 - **News**
 - **Nature & Home**
 - **Culture & Soul**
 - **Health & Advice**
3. Tap the channel you'd like, and it'll start playing.

## Stopping

To stop, tap the **stop button** on the screen.
