Can I withdraw from my order?

Yes. You can withdraw from your order within 14 days of placing it.

How it works

Go to amara.app/widerruf. You don't need to log in. The page is in German, so here's what it asks for.

1. Choose “Ich habe Amara Home bestellt” (I ordered Amara Home).
2. Enter your first name (“Vorname”), last name (“Nachname”) and the email address you ordered with (“E-Mail-Adresse”). The invoice number (“Rechnungsnummer”) is optional.
3. Click “Widerruf bestätigen” (confirm withdrawal).

You'll get a confirmation of receipt by email right away.

What happens next

• Your contract ends right away.
• You get all your payments back, including the shipping fee.
• If the tablet has already arrived, you'll get the return label by email automatically. Send the tablet back within 14 days of withdrawing. Sending it back costs you nothing.
