Can I withdraw from my order?

Yes. You can withdraw from your order within 14 days of placing it.

How to do it

Go to amara.app/widerruf. You don't need to log in. The page is in German, so here's what it asks for.

1. Choose “Ich habe Amara Home bestellt” (I ordered Amara Home).
2. Enter your first name (“Vorname”), surname (“Nachname”) and the email address you ordered with (“E-Mail-Adresse”). The invoice number (“Rechnungsnummer”) is optional.
3. Click “Widerruf bestätigen” (confirm withdrawal).

You'll get a confirmation of receipt by email straight away.

What happens next

• Your contract ends straight away.
• You get all your payments back, including the shipping fee.
• If the tablet has already arrived, you'll get the return label automatically by email. Send the tablet back within 14 days of withdrawing. Sending it back costs you nothing.
